Giving Back to the Community
Every year I try to host an event to support Safe Harbor, a charity that supports victims of domestic abuse in Upstate South Carolina where I grew up.
I was fortunate to grow up in an incredible home environment, but unfortunately that isn't the case for everyone. When I first started hosting this event in 2014, Upstate South Carolina was known for its high rate of domestic abuse victims, ranking near the highest in the country. I learned some more and wanted to be able to help, so I decided to use my platform as a professional athlete to help raise both awareness and funding for a great cause.
To date, I've been able to host the event for 6 years and have raised almost $500,000 during that span! Unfortunately, we were unable to host the event in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but are looking to make a comeback in 2021 and beyond.
If you can't participate in the event but would still like to help me make an impact, take a look at some signed memorabilia on the page linked to the right. All proceeds will be donated to Safe Harbor!
Event Format
The event is a charity pro-am, where a foursome of golfers gets to play with either me or one of my close friends on the LPGA tour for 18 holes on a course in the upstate of South Carolina.
The night before the round of golf, we host a dinner for all the participants where pairings are announced and we all have some fun before hitting the course the next morning.
We look for between 15 and 18 groups to play each year, so if you are interested and would like to learn some more, please reach out and let me know!

2021 Edition
With the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic still impacting the world and in particular the LPGA schedule, we are still trying to determine if it is possible to host the event this year.
